Experience what life should be...

Which adventure excites you the most…
TREK THROUGH TERRA FIRME FOREST: Explore a wondrous one-of-a-kind primary forest and be amazed by how interdependent the plants and animals are. Choose from one of our many trails to start your adventure: the Hormiga Trail, Palma Roja Trail, or the Soladero Trail will all leave you asking for more.
PIRANHA FISHING: Take a break from a busy day of walking, and try your luck at fishing for world famous piranhas. One look at their incredibly sharp teeth, and you will realize that these fish are not something to be reckoned with.
PADDLE THE CUYABENO: Spend a day paddling through the never before seen flooded forest, unique to the Cuyabeno Reserve. Travel down the Hormiga River and visit a smaller lagoon called Caimen Cocha and observe the wattled jacana flying with its huge feet.
NOCTURNAL WALK: Check out the forest at night to experience the sights and sounds of the jungle in darkness. If you are lucky a frog may jump out at you while traveling through the jungle.
NIGHT CAIMAN WATCHING: This is another activity where you can experience, up close and personal, a 2-3 meter long black or white caiman. Check out their red eyes staring back at you as you slowly approach them trying to get as close as possible with the canoe.

LEARN TO MAKE CASABE: Take a trip to the Siona community of Tarapuya and make traditional bread, Casabe, made from manioc (yuca). Don’t expect to just sit back and watch as it is prepared… you will definitely get your hands dirty digging up the root, grating it and cooking the bread.

The Ecuadorian coast. We - as Ecuadorians- are very lucky to have 4 different types of regions. The coast is amazing with its temperature of 35º C or 80º F, and a diversity to the sierra.

Climbing mountains and volcanoes. Avenue of the volcanoes, with its different levels of complexity, gives us at some points a marvelous view of Cotopaxi, the highest active volcanoe.

The Galapagos Islands are 1000 km away from the continet. The location was because of its beauty and the habitation nominated by the UNESCO as Natural Patrimony of the Humanity
